Birthday card

This card was made for a friend who loves the Oriental look. The dragonfly is a necklace that can be removed. It is a gift and card in one. The picture was taken from the top, but the flower is actually on the bottom of the card and the punched border would be the right side of the card.
I should actually turn the card, but I have no idea how to do it!
